Welcome to Vault Society Digital Products. By purchasing, downloading, or using our digital products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. DEFINITIONS
- Vault Society Digital Products: The provider of digital products, templates, and customizable eBooks available for purchase.
- Private Label Rights (PLR) Products: Digital products that you can modify, rebrand, and sell as your own, but you CANNOT pass resell rights to others.
- Master Resell Rights (MRR) Products: Digital products that you can sell as is, modify, rebrand, and sell with resell rights to your customers.
- Licensee (You): The individual or business entity purchasing or using digital products from Vault Society Digital Products.
2. Product Resell License and Usage Rights
By purchasing a product from Vault Society Digital Products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product under the conditions outlined below:

Restrictions on Reselling
🔴 You may NOT resell MRR products below the price you paid to Vault Society Digital Products to maintain fair market pricing and product value.
🔴 You may NOT use the exact name " Vault Society Digital Products" when reselling. Create your own unique branding.
3. Earnings and Financial Outcomes
Vault Society Digital Products does not guarantee specific earnings or success from using our digital products. Your results depend on your skills, strategies, and effort.
4. Content Quality and Responsibility
We strive for high-quality digital products, but we do not guarantee perfection. It is your responsibility to review, edit, and ensure the quality of any product before selling it.
5. Liabilities and Dispute Resolution
Vault Society Digital Products is not responsible for any:
- Legal issues arising from how you use or resell our products.
- Losses, damages, or disputes resulting from using our products.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or issues in digital products.
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for product use and resale.
6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a product is downloaded or accessed.
7. Termination and Product Use
We reserve the right to revoke your license if we find you in violation of these terms. If your license is terminated, you must immediately stop using, selling, or distributing our products.
8. Modifications to the Agreement
Digital Products may update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates.
9. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the States of New York, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
